Terms and conditions
Last updated November 2026.
About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or ask us to quote, produce or install a job. Print City is a trading name of Oliver Bell Pty Ltd (ABN 42 686 453 565). In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Print City, and "you" means the person or business dealing with us.
Quotes
Quotes are based on the information you give us. If the job changes, such as the quantity, size, stock, artwork or site conditions, we may need to change the quote.
Artwork and proofs
You're responsible for the content of your artwork, including spelling, details and accuracy. We'll send a proof for approval where applicable. Once you approve a proof, we'll produce the job as shown. Screens and PDF proofs can't guarantee an exact colour match, and colours can vary slightly between materials and print runs.
Intellectual property
You confirm you have the right to use any logos, images and content you give us. Website content, including images and text, belongs to us or our licensors unless we say otherwise.
Delivery and installation
Any timeframes we give are estimates, and we'll let you know if something changes. For installed work, you're responsible for making sure we have safe access to the site or vehicle, and for any permits or approvals the job requires.
Warranties
Manufacturer warranties, including the 3M MCS Warranty, depend on the materials, application and conditions set out by the manufacturer. We'll tell you what applies to your job.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. If something isn't right with your job, contact us as soon as you can so we can sort it out.
Website use
We work to keep this website accurate, but it may contain errors or become out of date. Links to other sites are for convenience, and we're not responsible for their content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
